‘Sir Bobby Robson - A Celebration’

Scarlet Street were honoured to be asked to perform at such an amazing evening for an even more amazing man.

They shared the stage with names from the music world such as Joe McElderry, Mark Knopfler, Russell Watson and Ruby Turner.

Among performers from the TV were Alistair McGowan, Paul Whitehouse and Simon Day, and the evening was hosted by Jim Rosenthal and Billy Mitchell.

Even footballing greats such as Alan Pardew, Steve Harper and Shola Ameobi joined them on stage to share their fondest memories of Sir Bobby, and Alan Shearer introduced Scarlet Street to the stage via video link.

Scarlet Street’s tribute to Sir Bobby was their own version of Mr Wonderful, accompanied by the Northern Sinfonia and orchestrated by George Hastings.

The official DVD of the evening is available to purchase in shops now!
